My name is Konrad Śniady. Śniady means ‘dark skinned’ in polish, which is weird because I’m totally pale.
In 2018 I graduated Polish National Filmschool in Lodz with MA, on Directing, Movie Editing. My feature documentary debut was film “The Pilgrim” dir. Paweł Jóźwiak-Rodan. The film got it premiere on Docs Against Gravity in 2015.
Later in 2016 I edited a feature film by Jan Jakub Kolski “Forest, 4 AM” which got its premiere in Shanghai Film Festival, and was also nominated in Camerimage Festival in 2016.
In 2018 I edited second Jan Jakub Kolski’s movie “Pardon”. It’s currently in postproduction.
During 2014-2018 I edited, directed or played in many different short movies which you can see at my Portfolio page.
Since 2017 I’m developing a documentary “The Girl in the Backpack”. The project got featured in DocLab Poland programme.
In years 2016-2018 I recived The Chancellor’s Scholarship for Best Students.
